We LOVE authentic food (don’t we all) and a visit to the Puglia region of Italy a few years ago made us realise that the best food is simply prepared and cooked using great ingredients. Our Nowt Poncy® sauce is a delicious Pomodoro made from Italian tomatoes. We add crushed garlic and basil for a wonderfully herby flavour and it’s a winner.

Makes us hungry just thinking about it! Plus, it’s low in fat, saturated fat, sugar and calories too so it’s easy on the waistline AND it’s also GLUTEN FREE so it’s ideal for coeliacs! It’s vegetarian and vegan friendly too!

Only 38 kcal/100g, just add it to your favourite pasta to get those taste buds tingling or use it as a base for a Bolognese.  We just dive straight in with crackers, tortillas or fresh crusty bread.

Our Tomato & Basil Sauce is delicious hot or cold and was shortlisted in the Free From Awards in 2017.

Made from 6 ingredients it’s a simple and delicious sauce that has ‘bite’ and is full of flavour and texture. Use as a base for lasagne or Bolognese or heat and stir into your favourite pasta. Reduce it slightly and it’s amazing as a base for homemade pizza or tuck straight in with some crusty fresh bread.

There are 38 kcal/100g and it’s low in fat and saturated fat too.

It’s also certified as being Gluten Free (<5ppm) and our low sugar claims have been verified by Sugarwise.org
